Shashank Bangalore Lakshman, Founder and Lead Instructor
Shashank is an experienced engineer and innovator based in Folsom California, with deep expertise in Semiconductors (compute and memories), Machine Learning and Software Engineering.
He is currently the 'Engineering Manager for Machine Learning Operations' at Renesas Electronics, where he leads a team of engineers developing state-of-the-art MLOps products for High Performance Computing (HPC) solutions. He has 25+ US patents (granted/pending) on semiconductor memories, edge AI computing, and AI solutions. Previously, he has worked with Micron, SanDisk and Bosch in engineering roles, developing expertise at the intersection of microelectronics, systems and software.
Shashank holds an MS degree in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University.
